V4.4 Software

Our new Version 4.4 software continues to strengthen EAS/CAP security and compliance management. This upgrade is way beyond a few code tweaks or simple changes, it comprises a substantial series of security-minded features along with several new functions and improvements, all in response to a wide range of customer requests and in-line with the latest FCC compliance requirements.
 

Adding new CAP tools, like the new WEA 2.0 format, and ability to cancel an active CAP event, coupled with powerful and unique features like Triggered CAP Polling™, Version 4.1 users can leverage the benefits of CAP message over simple EAS text thereby presenting critical information in far more detail to the public and station management. How-To-Order the V4.0 Enabling Key

Purchasing and installing Version 4.4 depends on the currently DASDEC/One-Net software version:
 

  • For Version 1.x or Version 2.x customers please order V4.0 LEGACY UP

  • For Version 3.x customers please order V4.0 UP

 

We’d love to offer free upgrades; however, our development costs are not inconsequential. As always, our relationship is important so we have tried to keep this as low as possible and provide the level of service and support customers have always enjoyed.
 

Also note that Version 4.4 is only supported by DASDEC-II and One-Net SE models. For customers with original (pre-2010) DASDEC-I or One-Net’s please visit our UP-TRADE page (http://www.digitalalertsystems.com/EAS_DAS/up-trade.html) for information on upgrading your platform – which includes Version 4.4!
 

There are several ways to order the V4.0 Enabling Key 
 

  • Credit Card
  • Company Purchase Order (credit approved)
  • Company Check

1. For Credit Card purchases

Order Fulfillment

A V4.0 Enable License Key for each serial number will be emailed to the appropriate designee along with the V4.0 Download link password to access the download site. Users will be greeted with information and download instructions on the download site, including details on the model and software packages to complete the upgrade.

Older System - Compatibility Check

The version V4.x software release is designed for all current-generation DASDEC-II and One-Net SE platforms.
Some units shipped before 2014 may have one or two incompatible hardware elements preventing a V4.x upgrade.

Already have a key?

If you already have the V4.0 Enabling Key simply proceed to the V4.4 Upgrade ... link and follow the instructions. You will need the Download Link password to enter the site. Contact support@digitalalertsystems.com if you need access credentials. Again, include your serial number for verification purposes.
